The double dorje, or vajra, is an important symbol in Tibetan Buddhism  that represents the diamond like indestructibility of knowledge. Set against a background of gold, the blue vajras in the center of this design and the blue and red accents in the border, reflect  the masterful interplay of color and design that personify what fine Tibetan Rugs are most loved for. This rug is made from long fibred Tibetan wool that is soft to the touch, wonderful to walk on and highly durable for a lifetime of wear. Handcrafted by master weavers, this all wool Tibetan Rug was designed by InnerAsia Rugs and hand woven by craftsmen in Tibet.
