Pema Field Indigo Hybrid Tibetan Area Rugs

The “Pema” or Lotus, is the symbol of purity. Its meandering stalks and beautiful flowers float above the muddy waters they are rooted in, to symbolize the possibilities of rebirth free of attachment, desire and ignorance. This very popular, traditional Tibetan design is woven on a vibrant indigo back ground with lighter shades of blue outlining the lotus flowers and stalks. The rich colors of this soft but highly resilient all wool rug with bamboo silk accents is part of the Tibetan Hybrid Collection created by Tibetan Rug experts, InnerAsia Rugs. It was made on a mechanized loom with the exacting attention to detail and masterful interplay of color and texture that captures the essence and appeal of Tibetan hand crafted carpets. Designed and created by InnerAsia Rugs China.
